Our manufacturing plant is built in an area of about 20,000 Sq. Ft. and the total available land is 1Acre 27G.

Machinery:

a) The manufacturing plant is equipped with 20 CNC turning machines of ACE, GALAXY and PRIDE make with tail stock and part catcher mechanisms,

b) 4-axes VMC machines of AMS make for milling applications.

c) 6 Nano CNC machines for rough machining backup.

d) Also the manufacturing unit has spare capacity to accommodate another 8 to 10 CNC machines. 

Skilled and experienced design team equipped with CAD and CAM software of SOLIDWORKS to prepare cad drawings and CNC programs.

Inspection Lab equipped with 10X, 20X and 50X projection lens Profile Projector with optic edge detector and geometrical data processing software for product quality checking. Different types of Inspection gauges and fixtures to cater to quality checking at in-process and Final inspection.

Scrap Bailing Press to compact the scrap generated during machining which saves storage space, cleanliness maintained and Coolant recycled.

Two DG sets of 125KVA and 160 KVA capacity for Power backup in case of unscheduled power cuts.
