Automotive Products :

Forged bearing rings supplied by our principal manufacturer are machined on CNC machines according to their specification in 2 setups only. Different types of bearing rings including Taper roller rings, Deep Groove ball bearing rings, HUB bearing rings, Cylindrical roller bearing rings are precisely machined on CNC machines and Cp and Cpk values are achieved more than 1.66. We use calibrated gauges and comparators to maintain the dimensions within +/-0.05mm tolerance. 100% inspection of significant characteristics and application of specified rust preventive oil is ensured before dispatch to customers.

Textile Products :

We machine and supply top roller components and rings made out of SAE 52100 (100Cr6) grade bars and tubes to textile machine manufacturers and industries according to their specifications. We procure the quality raw material in the form of bright bars from our associate company M/s Jina Special steel works, Belgaum (Karnataka) who is a leading manufacturer of centerless ground bars.The tubes are procured in the form of spheroidise annealed cold finished condition from well-known steel makers. The long bars and tubes are parted to required size on bar feeding machine and then precisely machinedto close tolerances on CNC machines. 100% inspection of significant characteristics is ensured before dispatch to customers.

Other Castings and Machined Products :

We machine and supply other engineering products in castings manufactured through investment casting route. We have good vendor base for supply of precision castings. We use CAD/CAM software SOLIDWORKS to prepare drawings and CNC programs for casting and machining to meet customer specifications. The casting products are machined on CNC and VMC machines for significant dimensions and supplied to customers.
