Green Initiatives

Renewable Energy : Installed 170 KW capacity of Roof top Solar panels over the plant generating approximately 2.5 Lakh units electricity per year and helping us to minimize Carbon footprint.
Water Conservation : Preparation of coolant mixture using optimum ratio of water and cutting oil and supply to all machines from one source helping us to reduce one of the major water consumption in the plant.
Recycling : Wastage of oil is drastically reduced by recycling using Oil Filtration System.
Go Paperless Initiative : Preparation of shop floor reports day wise and machine wise have been significantly cut down and transitioning to paperless with Industry 4.0 initiative.
Energy Conservation : Online Energy monitoring of each machine through energy monitoring device is helping us to optimize energy consumption for all the machines in the plant.
